- You will participate in group coaching session via Google Meet (like Zoom)
- If you choose to take workshops, you will connect via Google Meet. Workshops will be taught live, in-person at Juan Diego Catholic High School in Draper, Utah. Online participants will still be able to participate fully.
- To use Google Meet, you will need access to a computer (preferred) or mobile device with internet access. This is a list of basic system requirements:
- Operating Systems: Chrome, Firefox, Windows10
- Prior to the festival, you will be sent any links you need in order to access your coach, workshops, or private instructor, if you’ve registered for private lessons.
- Private lessons are sold under the registration tab. Scroll to the bottom to find the a la carte options. You may choose your instructor. All of our instructors are excellent, professional and well-regarded, having taught at a university level.
- After purchasing a lesson, that instructor will contact you to arrange a time.
- Mountain Springs Music Festival 2021 will operate in person at reduced capacity, with 50% fewer students (and some of them online) and protocols to limit the spread of COVID-19.
- The festival will continue to adhere to recommendations issued by professional associations and regulatory agencies, including the CDC and our venue, Juan Diego Catholic High School.
- Due to reduced capacity, students are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
- Chamber group coaching and rehearsals from 9am-11am
- Workshops from 11am-1pm
- Faculty recital on Wednesday, July 14th, 7pm-8:15pm
- Final student recital on Friday, July 16th, 6:30pm-8:30pm
