Mountain Springs Music Festival is important to the community it serves, because it plays a huge role in the development of future leaders. The small size of chamber ensembles allow young musicians to share significantly in shaping the final performance, developing a sense of responsibility. They are encouraged to share their voices as they exchange musical ideas, encouraging confidence and creativity. Our students grow in their abilities to communicate, negotiate, compromise, encourage and inspire their fellow musicians as they work side by side.
