The Mountain Springs Music Festival was a huge success! Our annual summer festival was generously hosted by Waterford School in Sandy, Utah, in their beautiful, top-notch facility. We had 52 chamber musicians coached by our exceptional faculty daily and performed a beautiful final concert on the last day. The participants ranged from age 5 to adulthood, varying in their musical abilities, cultural background, ethnicity, and walks of life. The participants also attended various workshops on such topics as Music Leadership, Music Copyrights, Improvisation, and Piano Tuning taught by some of the finest educators and professionals in Utah. The masterclass was taught by the world renowned musicians, Igor and Vesna Gruppman, who joined us online from Europe. The faculty performed at two different recitals, featuring works by composers of diverse backgrounds and even world-premiered a composition by a living composer.
