Essential Information
- A $25 non-refundable registration fee will be added to each chamber music registration.
- Workshop packages include LIFETIME access to all workshop recordings in addition to attendance (in-person or virtual) at the workshops during the festival.
- Students will be placed in chamber groups based on ability and experience. Coaches and repertoire will be assigned once students have been organized into chamber groups.
- All times indicated are in Mountain Daylight Time.
- All events are held in-person at The Noorda Center for the Performing Arts – Utah Valley University.

How to Register
JUNE 23, 2025 – JUNE 27, 2025, THE NOORDA CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS – UTAH VALLEY UNIVERSITY
This year’s festival is divided into three portions–chamber music, workshops, and private lessons. In order to get the most out of our festival experience, we highly recommend registering for all three portions. To register:
- FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS ONLY: Record an assessment video of 2-5 minutes of you playing a solo and post on YouTube as an unlisted video. (Here’s how.)
- Add the programs you want into your cart.
- At check out, fill out the registration form and add your assessment video.
- Pay your tuition and wait to hear back from us regarding your repertoire and group assignment!
- Assessment video requirement is waived if participated in MSMF 2024.
- Financial Assistance – a limited number of need-based scholarships are available. Please fill out this application form to be considered.
- All events are held in-person at The Noorda Center for the Performing Arts – Utah Valley University and are accessible virtually.

Chamber Music
In person participation
- Orchard (recommended for 12 and up; $175 + registration fee until May 31st, $200 + registration fee from June 1st)
- Sapling (recommended for 11 and younger; $225 + registration fee until May 31st, $250 + registration fee from June 1st)
Online participation (preformed groups only)

Workshops
$75 includes all workshops; $25 discount when registered in either Orchard or Sapling chamber music program.
$10 for the Music Copyright workshop (this workshop is included in the $75 workshop bundle, but may also be purchased a la carte).
$25 for the Masterclass with Maestro Igor Gruppman and Dr. Vesna Gruppman (this workshop is included in the $75 workshop bundle, but may also be purchased a la carte). The masterclass is offered at Waterford School in Sandy, Utah, where the Gruppmans will be joining us via Google Meet.
